Ann DeFazio started her career in real estate after serving as a science teacher for 14 years. With her love for design and architecture and having planned and renovated several properties of her own, real estate was a natural transition for Ann. Through teaching, she developed organization skills, listening skills and patience. Like helping students achieve their academic goals, it is her dream come true to help buyers find the perfect home and sellers find the next custodian of their home. Ann’s expertise in construction and design allows her to see a property's hidden potential, and her intimate knowledge of different neighborhoods of Hoboken and Jersey City makes her an ideal guide to buyers who are new to the area. Born and raised in New York, Ann lives in Hoboken with her husband, two children and a dog named Clyde.
